In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers.

Because most designs are one of a kind, We DO NOT refund. If you choose to return, a store credit will be issued. You have 36months/3years from date of issue to redeem it.

Store Credit is processed and issued within 24hrs of receiving the returned item(s)

​

Items Must be returned in original condition with original packaging.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to decide. Must be Post Marked by Day 10. 

​

After 10th day; a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Which will be taken from store credit amount.

If you decide to exchange standard production time applies 10-14 days.

If you need the exchanged item(s) sooner than normal production time,  please contact and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate in getting you your items on time, Otherwise please allow standard production time for exchanges. 10-14 days. Estimate Shipping time 3-5 Days USA Only.

Defective/ Damaged Items:

If any items arrive damaged/defective or are damaged within the first 21 days, 1 free repair is offered. Conditions/Restrictions Apply, based on the type of damage. *NOTE, PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 21 DAYS OF DAMAGE WITH PICTURES! 

You can send the items back and repairs will be made. You have 30 days to send items back for repair. After 30 days, $30 fee will added for repairs.   

Any damages or defects after 21 days, can still be repaired, $30 fee will be added to cover material cost.

Repairs will be process within standard production time 10-14 days, If you need your items sooner please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, please allow standard 10-14 days production time. Please estimate shipping time 3-5 Days for USA Only, International Rates Apply.
